Ashwagandha or winter cherry is one of the most commonly used herbs in Ayurveda. This plant, which has a yellow flower and carries red berry-like fruits, has long been known to pacify Vata.

Ingridients: (mg/2 tabl) Ashwagandha (root) 950, starch tapioca.
Dosage:
1 tablet 2 x per day with water.
