      Relaxing Epsom Salt
      Epsom salt is a bath salt, suitable for foot baths and for the entire body. This water-soluble bath salt is believed to have relaxing properties. Epsom salt is used as bath salt for a relaxing moment or as foot salt for tired feet.

      What is Epsom Salt?
      Epsom salt is a salt with a naturally high content of magnesium sulfate, meaning it contains magnesium and sulfur. Magnesium sulfate is naturally found in seawater, mineral-rich springs, and in mineral-rich rocks as deposits on cliff walls. Epsom salt has been used for a long time in many health resorts in England, Germany, and the Czech Republic. This gives an experience of relaxation and unwinding. Our Epsom salt originates from Germany. This salt is completely natural, free from additives, and biodegradable.

      Uses
      Enjoy this salt in a warm bath. Mix about 500 grams of salt in your body-temperature bath.
      Soak for 15–20 minutes in this salt bath. If you want to add essential bath oil to the water, you can, but avoid soap and shampoo in the water. It is also excellent for foot baths. Mix about 1 dl (deciliter) in a normal-sized foot bath and soak your feet for 15–20 minutes. A tip is to use the salt as a body scrub, which you can then rinse off in the shower.

      Various Effects
      It can be used to counteract muscle cramps and stiffness and has relaxing properties. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and the normal function of the nervous system in the body. Magnesium also helps reduce fatigue.

      In the Garden
      Your plants in the garden will appreciate this Epsom salt. The magnesium and sulfate content improves the uptake of phosphorus and nitrogen in the plants. Use ½ tablespoon of Epsom salt per liter of water. This nourishment can be given to your flowers once a month. If you grow vegetable plants, you can give them this nourishment 1–2 times a month.

      Precaution
      Avoid getting pure Epsom salt in your eyes, on open wounds, or on damaged skin.
