Peaceful Pitta Mixed Spices, organic

This spice blend, created by the well known ayurveda gourmet chef Udo Schneider is meant to harmonize the ayurvedic pitta dosha(bio energy).  It can be sprinkled directly onto food because some of the spices have been roasted prior to being ground.  Selected spices are meant to aid digestibility of the food.
