Usage:
You can either spray the Ayurdent® gum care oil directly onto the gums or spray onto a finger (over the sink) and then gently massage the gums over both rows of teeth for two to three minutes. Then spit it out and rinse your mouth with lukewarm water. Active against biofilms and plaque. Soothes the gums. Prevents gingivitis and bad breath.
Ayurvedic oral hygiene tips:
- Brush your teeth with Ayurdent® Toothpaste Classic or Mild
- Clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner made of stainless steel, copper or silver-plated stainless steel.
