Ayurveda emphasizes the importance of balance between Pachak Pitta and Kledak Kapha – two key digestive principles. Overactive Pachak Pitta in the lower stomach and small intestine can lead to hyperacidity and indigestion. Kledak Kapha, on the other hand, moistens food, helps break it down, and protects the stomach lining from excess acid. A balance between these two is considered essential for healthy digestion.*

Recommended intake: 2 capsules daily.
