Shipping
and returns

Orders over 200 euro are sent free of shipping costs.

We deliver your goods securely packed in a padded envelope as a letter
or as a package if your order is bulky.

If your regret your purchase, you can always return unopened products
within fourteen days.
Though unlikely, if you find the products are not right for you after opening and
using the products, please contact us by telephone or by e-mail. We will find a solution together.

Delivery

We deliver products that are in stock within 5-7 days after payment is
received.

If any of the products are out of stock, we will contact you by
telephone or e-mail to confirm when the products can be delivered.
